Relaxing and soothing massage, focuses on improving blood flow to muscles and skin. The full body massage consists of 5 different techniques: effleurage, kneading, frictions, vibration, tapping.

Relaxing deep tissue massage. Focusing usually on muscle knots and soreness. Consists of: Swedish massage, stretching, deep tissue massage.

Thai massage

Unique blend of relaxing yoga poses, gentle stretches and massaging by pressing techniques. Gentle pressure to stiffs and knots.
Consists of: feet, shoulder, head, neck and back (fully cloathed).
Benefits: increased flexibility, range of motion, stress relief and muscle tension.

Soothing massage with application of aloe vera treatment.
